CHM -/- Mouse Models

Before moving to human trials, the FDA may require preclinical data from animal models.

CRF supports global research access to CHM models:

• Mouse models: Dr. Mariya Moosajee has rederived Dr. Miguel Seabra’s original CHM mouse line and maintains a live colony at Moorfields, UK. These mice can be shared worldwide via a Materials Transfer Agreement.
• Other models available from Dr. Moosajee: CHM zebrafish, iPSC, organoids, fibroblasts, and DNA.
