Honor & Memorial Gifts

The Choroideremia Research Foundation offers several meaningful ways to give in recognition of someone special:

In Honor Gifts – Celebrate milestones, birthdays, or achievements by making a donation in honor of a loved one. This option is available on our donation page.
In Memory Gifts – Remember and honor those who have passed by making a donation in their name. This option is also available on our donation page.
Tribute & Memorial Pages – Families may choose to create a dedicated tribute page, often in lieu of flowers, where friends and relatives can make donations directly to the Choroideremia Research Foundation in memory of their loved one. The CRF will issue a letter of thanks to all donors, which also serves as a tax-deductible receipt, and can provide the family with a list of donors if desired so you may send your own acknowledgements.

Our mission is to raise funds in support of scientific research leading to a treatment or cure of choroideremia, a hereditary retinal-degenerative disease that causes blindness; to educate people affected by the disease; and to inform the public.
